  I am a former employee of the Noble Pig.
  I will do my best to keep all my opinions from this review seeing as how I was employed there upon their opening (which was almost 4 or 5 years ago or something).
  The seating is uncomfortably small, on both ends.
  I can't tell you how many times drinks spilled, sauces fell, or I myself spilled due to the lack of space.
  But, if you don't mind the fact that there's zero privacy or elbow room then continue on.
  I didn't know how the food tasted for over 3 months. I was a waitress, and carry-out order taker. When people wanted a recommendation I'd just pick the most popular item. (Slab of ribs with two sides & sauce) Late one night after work, I was sent home with food for the first time ever. Pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and cornbread- I may have been really hungry but it was pretty darn good if you didn't mind the texture of the pulled pork (it was a tad rough but also probably leftovers meant to be tossed). I really did enjoy the food and working there. This was my first food service industry job. My manager at the time- Parinda taught me a lot of very valuable lessons that have helped me at all my restaurant jobs. I was inexperienced and she showed me the ropes.
  Parinda (manager) and Chef(owner) put their lives into getting this business started and making it a hit. I'm happy for them, they have had great success- the only business to succeed in this location since I can remember. I'm glad I could help them for the time I did. Overall, I was young and quit for a stupid reason. I sometimes regret it honestly- seeing their level of success and all. But, Parinda trained me so well I moved up to 4-5 star dining, & I now I work at a banquet hall.

  The pulled pork sandwich was phenomenal. The pork was tender and well flavored. The sweet and spicy sauce added some solid heat. Also, the baked beans had delicious flavor. This is one of the best bbq joints I've ever been to.

  Who would've guessed that a place that does a mix of BBQ and Asian would do both so perfectly.
