    Unclean. We watched as the food preparer cleaned the floors then transitioned to making food. Then he started patting the raw burger patties and then preparing the food (touching lettuce, tomato, etc). He never washed his hands. I SAW this. I don't know the last time he washed his hands if he couldn't be bothered to do it after cleaning (picking up floor mats, mopping) and touching raw meat.

    Neighborhood joint with a good bar menu, and once in a while that's all one wants. Burgers, beer, and friends.
